How to Get Started?

Upload an SSH Public Key, add a valid credit card, and add billing details. Once this is complete, your basic setup is finished. Of course, you can always adjust this information in your console dashboard.

How to Request Quota for Different Resources

To create an instance, you will need quotas for various resources. This requirement has been implemented to better protect our community and meet your needs, as we can provide guidance on which GPU type best helps you achieve your desired outcomes.

To request quotas,

  • Log into the Console Dashboard.

  • Click on 'Quota' under the 'Account' section in the left-hand menu.

  • On the Quota page, request the quota for the resources you need, describe your use case, and send your request.

Note: To prevent spam we limit the number of quota request you can send simultaneously, so make sure to request your desired amount. Our customer support and success team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can use our 'Account Balance' feature to instantly receive resource quotas. Learn how to enable it here.

Create your First Instance

Once your quota is granted, you can create an instance. First, you click on 'Create new Instance' in your console dashboard. Then choose your desired Instance properties and you are ready to go!

Access your Created Instance

Creating the Instance usually happens under a minute but sometimes it might take a few minutes. Once this step is

done, you can connect to your Instance via SSH using your Private Key.

How do We Charge for your Usage of our Resources

If you are using the On-demand payment method:

You will be charged on the first of each month for your resource usage from the previous month. Charges will be billed to the card attached to your account.

If you are using the Prepaid payment method:

As resources are consumed, charges are automatically deducted from your available 'account balance' in real time.

The Resources We Charge for

  • We charge for 'Active Instances', 'Stopped Instances (Boot Volume Storage)', 'Snapshots', 'Block Storage', 'Object Storage', 'File Storage', and 'Floating IPs'.

  • When instances are Active, you will be charged for GPU usage. When instances are stopped, you will not be charged for GPU usage; however, boot volume storage charges will still apply. These storage charges depend on the size of the system disk and are calculated based on SSD Volume pricing.

  • You can view the current SSD Volume rates in the 'Volume' under 'Compute' section of the console dashboard. Click on the 'Create Volume' button, then select 'SSD Block Storage', and you will see the latest pricing per GiB per month.
