How to Get Started?

Upload an SSH key to your account

Important: Make sure your account is verified and you provided a valid payment method

Make sure to upload an SSH key, besides verifying your phone number and adding a valid credit card. Once this is done, your basic setup is done. Of course, you can always adjust this information in your settings and add or remove SSH keys.

Request GPU Quota for your Projects

If you don't have a longterm subscription on our platform you will need to request your desired GPU quota. This step was made mandatory to better protect our community and serve your needs - as we can give you some advice on which GPU type helps you best to achieve your desired outcomes.

Go to 'Quota' (under 'Account') on the left-hand side menu. Here you can request the desired GPU quota.

Note: To prevent spam we limit the number of quota request you can send simultaneously, so make sure to request your desired amount. Our customer support and success team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Create your First Instance

First, you click on 'Create new Instance' in your console dashboard. Then choose your desired Instance properties and you are ready to go!

Using your Created Instance

Info: Learn how to create SSH keys if working on Linux / MacOS or via the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) or if working from Windows

Creating the Instance usually happens under a minute but sometimes it might take a few minutes. Once this step is done, you can connect to your Instance via SSH using your SSH key. If you don't need your Instance anymore, go back to the Instance page and stop the Instance to avoid being charged unnecessarily.

How we Charge your Instance Usage

At the first day of each month we charge for your Instances from the previous month. Only active on-demand Instances are considered. We don't charge for stopped on-demand Instances.
